JD Roofing Pro may offer a messaging program to provide homeowners with updates regarding scheduled inspections, project milestones, estimates, and promotional offers related to local roofing services. This program allows us to stay connected with our Palm Bay neighbors and ensure your home protection project stays on track.
3. Messaging Terms
- User Opt-In: By providing your phone number on our Site or through a contact form, you are opting in to receive SMS/MMS messages from JD Roofing Pro.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your roofing project.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our short code or phone number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

- Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Costs: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
4. Estimates and Pricing
- All estimates provided through the Site or via phone are preliminary. A final binding quote is only provided after a physical inspection of the property by a JD Roofing Pro representative.
- Quotes are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and materials on this Site are the intellectual property of JD Roofing Pro unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JD Roofing Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our Site or the performance of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those specific services.
